Walk-through: Create a Contact - Business
- Click Contacts
- Click Customers
- Following that, click on +Add a Customer
- Next, click on Add a Business Customer
- Add the ABN
The system will validate the number and automatically input the registered Company name - Add or edit the Company name
- Add any relevant notes about the customer if necessary
- Click on Save and next
- Enter the contact information for the Main contact of the Business
The main contact’s email and address will be used by the system - Enter their name
- Enter their job title/role at the Business
- Enter their email address
- Enter their phone number/s
- Start typing their billing address
- Select the from the dropdown list
- If necessary, click here to add a separate shipping address
- Start typing to search the address
- Select from the dropdown list
- If necessary, add another contact person by clicking on +Add a Contact
- To finish, click Save this customer
