How to create a Contact - Retail

1. Click Contacts
2. Click Customers
3. Click on + Add a Customer
4. Click on Add a Retail Customer
5. Add a Title from the drop down menu
6. Add their first name
7. Add their last name
8. Add any notes about the customer if necessary
9. Click on Save and next
10. Add their Email address
11. Add their mobile number
12. Add their landline phone number if they have one
13. Start typing their billing address
14. Select the correct one from the dropdown list
15. If the address is international or cannot be found in the list, click on Enter it Manually
16. And enter the address manually
17. Following that, click on Postcode and select / enter the postcode
18. If the shipping address is different, click the checkbox
19. Use the same process to add the shipping address
20. Select the address from the dropdown menu
21. Click on Save this customer
22. To finish, click on View all customers
