Walk-through: Add a Customer - Retail
- Click Contacts
- Click Customers
- Click on + Add a Customer
- Click on Add a Retail Customer
- Add a Title from the drop down menu
- Add their first name
- Add their last name
- Add any notes about the customer if necessary
- Click on Save and next
- Add their Email address
- Add their mobile number
- Add their landline phone number if they have one
- Start typing their billing address
- Select the correct one from the dropdown list
- If the address is international or cannot be found in the list, click on Enter it Manually
- And enter the address manually
- Following that, click on Postcode and select / enter the postcode
- If the shipping address is different, click the checkbox
- Use the same process to add the shipping address
- Select the address from the dropdown menu
- Click on Save this customer
- To finish, click on View all customers
