Walk-through: Create a Contact - Gallery
- To start off, click on Contacts
- Click Customers
- Click on Add a Customer
- Then +Add a Gallery Customer
- If you have it, start by entering the ABN
The system will validate the number for you and automatically add the registered Company Name - If you don't have the ABN or you want to override the Company name - type it in here
- Enter the Gallery Commission Rate
This is the commission percentage that the gallery will receive from the sale of artworks on consignment - Click Add Note and enter any relevant notes about the customer here
- Click on Save and next
- Enter the contact information for the Main contact of the Gallery
The main contact’s email and address will be used by the system - Enter their name
- Enter their job title/role at the gallery
- Enter their email address
- Enter their phone number/s
- Start typing their billing address
Select from the dropdown list - If necessary, add another contact person by clicking on +Add a Contact
- To finish click Save this customer
