Unpublish Button - Artworks

Artworks

Unpublishing an Artwork changes it into the DRAFT state. To Unpublish an Artwork: 

1. Go to Artworks
2. Open up the Artwork you would like to Unpublish
3. In the top right, click Actions 
4. Click Unpublish
5. The Artwork will now be in the DRAFT tab

Things to keep in mind: 

• If an Art Centre owned artwork is unpublished, it needs to be manually changed back to Artist owned when it is in the DRAFT state
• Unpublishing Art Centre owned artworks will reverse the artist payment
• The Unpublish button is unavailable for Artworks with a consignment or sale history
