How to add an artist

1. Click on Artists
2. Then, click on Artists list
3. Click on + Add an Artist
4. To turn on the Artist, toggle on Share to public
5. Type the artist's first and name
   Then, add any other known names
6. Click on Title
7. Select the relevant title from the list.
8. Click on Gender
9. Select the relevant gender from the list.
10. Enter the artist's date of birth
11. To ensure only the artist's Year of birth is shown publicly, check the Circa / Approximate date box
12. Select if the artist is deceased or not
13. Toggle on to make the profile image public
14. Add the artwork image by clicking browse and select an image from your device or you can drag and drop the image/s into the area.
15. Input the rest of the relevant data for this artist
16. Click on Save and next
17. Click on Language to select from the list
    You can select multiple languages
    For example, Kuku Nyungkul and Kuku Yalanji
18. Click on Community to search for the artist's home community.
    For example, Wujal Wujal
19. Add the artist's location data
    For example, the artist's Father Country
    Click into the relevant field and start searching
    For example, Shipton Flat
20. Now add the artist's remaining cultural information
21. If you can't find what you are looking for, you can add a new one
    For example, Click Add a new clan
    Type in the name
    Click Add
22. Click on the element
23. Now search for the one you added and select it from the list
24. When you have filled out all you can, click on Save and next
25. Type or paste your artist's full biography
26. If necessary, type or paste the artist's short biography here
    The Short biography is optional and used for online channels
27.  If you have one, insert a video link from Youtube, Vimeo or IndigiTUBE
    This video will display on their Biography and QR page when scanned by a customer
28. Click on Save and exit
29. To go to the Artists list, click View all artists
    To review your work, click View artist's information
