To reset passwords for different users using the same computer, each subsequent user will need to:
- Locate the Password Reset email from SAM (Be sure to check your Junk folder, as it may go there)
- Copy the link in the Reset Link button in the Reset password email.
- Open Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge
- Click File, Open a New Incognito or InPrivate Window in your browser.
- Paste the link into that new incognito window.
- Copy the Username and temporary Password from the email.
- Click Sign in.
- Now, create the new password that you will use for SAM.
- Enter your new password twice, then enter your first name. Click Send.
The best alternative is for each user to log in to their account on a separate computer, but we understand this isn't always possible.
