Convert Reports from PDF to Excel (XLSX)

By default, reports are generated as PDFs from SAM. 
It is possible to convert them to Excel using Adobe's online PDF to Excel converter.

oldSAM Legacy Artist Account Information

When newSAM goes live, your Artist account balances will be migrated from oldSAM, ensuring every account begins with the correct opening balance from day one.

All individual Artist account transactions recorded in newSAM from the GoLive date onwards will be fully available within the system.

However, individual transaction history prior to the GoLive date will not be available directly in newSAM. 

To access historical Artist account transactions, Art Centre Managers will be provided with a link to the SAM 1.0 Artist Accounts Excel file, hosted by Desart, which will be shared after GoLive.

This limitation exists because historical individual transaction data is not natively compatible with newSAM's data format. Migrating this data would require significant additional cost beyond the current project scope. 

Art centres that wish to have this historical data migrated into newSAM are welcome to request a quote to self-fund this on a case-by-case basis after GoLive.
