Art Centre Profile

Display Name

This field is the primary identifier for your Art Centre within the SAM system. 

This is the name that will appear across the platform, including on reports, invoices, and when viewing your Art Centre's profile. It should be the official or commonly used name of your Art Centre. 

This field is required and helps ensure your Art Centre is easily recognisable to artists, staff, and external partners who interact with your records in the system.

Logo

This field allows you to upload your Art Centre's official logo.

This logo will represent your organisation throughout the SAM system on documents, reports, and your profile.

Website link

This field allows you to enter your Art Centre's official website URL. 

This link connects your SAM profile to your online presence and may be displayed on reports, documents, or when others view your Art Centre's information. 

Art centre email

This email will be used as the 'reply to email' in Art Centre setup. All communication from SAM via email will be BCC to the reply-to email.

ABN

When you insert the ABN (Australian Business Number) of the art centre, the system will automatically check the validity of that number in the ABN lookup public records database.

The system will automatically apply the registered business name and display the ABN status and GST status.

Spaces are allowed between numbers as per the official formatting.  

Bank Details

When adding bank account details, start typing the BSB using a hyphen and select from the drop-down list.
Example: 923-100

When adding the account number, the system does not allow spaces between the numbers.
