Purchasing is a process of adding product inventory into SAM, and linking the purchase to an Artist where applicable. Purchasing allows Art Centres to keep track of their Inventory, by adding new stock to existing Products.
18 STEPS
1. Click Stock management
2. Click Purchasing
3. Click Add a purchase
4. Click to chose the Supplier type
5. For example, Supplier
6. Click Search a supplier
7. Type in the Supplier that you are searching for
8. Click Pro Merch Distributors
9. Scroll down and click the calendar icon to select the Purchase date
10. For example, Friday January 10
11. Type in the Product you would like to add Stock to. For example, P0000105
12. Click P0000105
13. Type in the Unit price. For example, $30
14. Type in how many Units of the Product you are adding as Stock. For example, 10
15. Click Save
16. Click Confirm
17. Click Done
18. Scroll up and that's it. You're done.
